Redfield Collision Center is working on a solid plan for its future.

In addition to our long term management team our youngest Daughter Amy Redfield, who has worked full time with our organization for several years, has made the commitment to continue the positive growth and performance of our Company for many more years to come.

Amy has lived her life with the same culture that we share with all of our team members. Honesty, Integrity, Fairness, Sincerity and always doing your personal best in all endeavors. Living by these principles has made each of us very successful. Amy understands that it takes an entire team of dedicated, highly skilled individuals to produce a winning combination.

I want to be clear, I’m planning on being around for a long time, but as we all know, that decision is not ours. It is nice to know that plan “B” is in process to secure the future of all of our team members and their Families. We are proud of the fact that we have supplied career opportunities in the communities that we live and want to continue those opportunities for future generations.
